So what's bc look like this year? Stout defense with a good rb and that's it again?
We're going to murk them. They got killed by both Wake Forest and Boston College at home.
They are actually running more spread stuff this year, but their defense has seemed to regress.
It doesn't matter what they look like, we win this by whatever we want.
How much do we win by?
BC got killed by BC at home? I think we call that a scrimmage, they had a scrimmage.
I'll be impressed if they hit 200 yards
I watched them for a while yesterday against Notre Dame. They hung in there with a physical running game and some completions to their tight end, but once Notre Dame decided to play in the 2nd half, it was not competitive any longer. I expect a sloppy game by Clemson after two straight weeks of high profile games and another looming in two weeks, but it should end up a 20+ point win.
I'm not going to be hung up on stats in this one. We'll play a ton of players and that depth will make a few mistakes that skew our numbers. I love that we don't play for unit rankings or individual awards. It's the reason why late in year our depth usually comes through. Hopefully we see a ton of Feaster and ETN. I want Zerrick and Hunter to actually get a chance to run the offense. We'll win easily but we don't pad stats or run up scores on purpose. Love our starters staying engaged and turning into fans when the backups get into the game. We have a truly unselfish team.
I don't anticipate a sloppy game this week. We play enough guys now that I mostly don't worry about that anymore. Clemson rolls.
Any guesses on the opening line? @FriendsofJtyler
This has let down game written all over it. I think we win but I think we look shitty doing it.
We're 3-0 ats and only getting better with all the youth. We'll cover whatever it is
Pffft this isn't Tommy Bowden's Clemson. We'll be fired up in prep this week. Our backups want to play and will push our starters. The fact they know they'll play only pushes them harder
We'll try to take it to them early and move on to Virginia Tech the following weekend.
Chan going to Chan.
Clemson opens -30.5.
I predicted a convincing win against UL and Auburn.
Come out flat and can't get off the field on 3rd down.
Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney held his Sunday media teleconference and shared the status of two injuries on his team after the impressive win over Louisville.
Swinney shared that redshirt senior tight end D.J. Greenlee suffered a sprained MCL injury during the Louisville game and should be out a couple of weeks.
Injured cornerback Marcus Edmond should be back this week according to Swinney.
I'm not sure we cover over thirty. Dabo really likes their coach and we'll play everybody to make sure we're as good as possible health wise for VT
I put more thought in. 41-13 now
Think it will go a lot like last year. We can easily cover 30 with the back ups in. They obviously won't score much and they won't have to deal with the boredom of playing at BC.
If Wake and ND are 24 and 29 points better in Chestnut Hill, I think you have to take Clemson here. They will struggle to hit double digits.
Up to -34. That's a lot of points.
Against a conference opponent? Yes. But, we'll cover it.
We better keep a back/TE in for Landry........ Don't get Kelly Bryant killed in a game that should be an easy win.
Wimbush ran for 207 on BC...
Tigers drag their nutsacks up and down the field with this one.
