Buy, sell, trade, jerk each other off for tickets here.
I need two for ND. So yeah hook a brotha up
Probably will need 2 for Notre Dame. Hook up the guy who got you here, and will probably only be able to make it back for this one game this year.
Willing to jerk you off.
Any idea what ND tickets are actually going for? I may have 3 almost at midfield on the north side and I want to recover some of my season costs but I don't think anyone is willing to pay the 700+ on stubhub.
My guess is tickets will realistically go for $300-400 in the lower deck. ND fans might pay more than that, who knows.
I'll start the bidding at one dollar.
Times up! Sold to Wampa!
I will give $10
Notre Dame may very well be a $20 handshake type of game. I can't even remember the last time I've done it, but I think it was prior to scanned/barcoded tickets. That could throw a wrench in the works.
I like this idea.
I think it could work, but will likely take a Ben Franklin instead of an Andy Jackson. That game has the potential to break the all time attendance record.
I was thinking of mebbe upping it to a Grant. That's a shit ton of money to a college kid. With no scanning, the key was picking out the best target--some of the ticketers are obviously college kids, some are questionable, maybe a little older, and some are obviously NOT. The problem with the scanners is that they make a loud enough noise for people around you to hear. It might be noticeable when that sound doesn't happen. I dunno. What I DO know is that I won't be paying $700 to get into Death Valley.
I dont think it will be a problem for Clemson folk to find a decent priced ticket. My tickets are with family so I won't sell to a random ND fan. If I sell them, i will try to get 250-300/ticket. It will be the first time I have sold tickets over face value, but it is going to be too easy to make some cash.
Edit: Nevermind. Louisville is gonna eat up all of my disposable income.
Do we have any funds left in the account?
Tell me you are at least going to that game. That is going to be a sans family event for a bunch of us.
I'll be actively looking for handouts all season. Hopefully someone takes pity on me and I can get some tickets for cheap to 1 or 2 games.
This is a stupid question given the awesome home schedule, but is anyone going to Syracuse? It's a 4 hour drive and I'm thinking of taking the family, but if a few of you want to go get fucked up and enjoy the blowout, I'll leave them at home
Bought 5 today at 200/per in the lower level. I now have 12. I'll be selling 2 at face value because I roll like that with my Clemson people. @cut68 you already know who you need with you at that game. I'm down if you have tickets. I promise I won't get you arrested
It's a Syracuse football game. $10 at the door will do it
how far is Syracuse from NYC? I have a free place to stay in NYC but distance MAY be a factor
I think it's ~4 hours
If anybody has 2 or more tickets available for the sc game let me know.
@kylebw7 hook a brotha up
I'll definitely be looking for tickets to GT and FSU. The ND game is incredibly unpredictable... expecting our first child... gulp Oct 2nd one day before the ND game.
For what game cut04? Pardon my late reply but our girls took a minute to get here
ND. Or if you hear of any reasonable tix keep me in mind
I am planning on taking my two kids to their first game. I'd like to take them to homecoming to show them the floats and all. Anyone have 4 tickets?
semi-unrelated, but we're getting totally boned on that front this year. Maybe the schedule sets up poorly, but whatever. Fall Break is Monday-Tuesday October 12-13. For in state 5th years such as myself, there's no question I'll be at the Georgia Tech game which is that Saturday the 10th. For out of state freshmen-sophomores or whatever it's gonna be a much more difficult sell to their parents. We've had a home game the weekend before break once before during my tenure as a student which was `13 BC, which I'd probably call the most frustrating win we've had since I've been here until the Syracuse game this year. Not only that though, the following week the BC game is at home on the 17th, which is Homecoming. So realize to build those floats it usually takes up to the deadline on Friday or even past to finish those things. Now empty the campus for Sunday-Tuesday night (of pledges most importantly) and those floats are gonna be the same quality being built in 2.5 days as they usually are in 5? I don't think so. Student government or the ticketing office or somebody like that offered to subsidize food for people that stayed over to work on floats during break, but that might convince 10% at best of the kids that are leaving to stay. Sorry for the rant, but I feel like we got totally boned on scheduling this year. Just schedule Homecoming for that FSU weekend and watch the city go nuts IYAM
Agreed. Home games over fall break are a terrible idea. I remember a Maryland game being like that before I was a student and that BC game my last semester. I had to miss it as I already had a trip planned for fall break. Add in the stuff with the floats? That's insane.
Pretty sure we had Maryland at home over Fall Break one year while I was in school (think it was 2006)..we had the chance to win the division possibly with a win over them. We had a shit crowd, it was a noon game, no energy and Tommy Bowden's quivering lip leading us to another loss vs Friegen. We lost a low scoring game and it cost us our first division title when it was all said and done. That year was my senior year and it could not have ended shittier...lost to Maryland to lose the division and Jad missed the field goal to lose to Carolina :bheadbash:
Wanna say it ended 13-12 or something like that after a late Thomas Hunter fumble
I was at that game. God it was awful
