I laughed waaaay too hard at this.
Yeah, I got the Nike jacket, and I like it....but it's pushing it with me as far as what I would wear. It is a little astronautish and probably would look better on someone 15 years younger, but it is very comfortable.
You can actually get the CFP logo patches on ebay. I picked up the below coat a few years back (great coat btw), and I'm thinking about getting one of the patches and having it applied somewhere either on the arm or across the shoulder blades.
Visors are lame and pretentious
Think Bout last time yiu saw somebody wearing a visor.
Nobody makes a visor look good
I wear visors, not hats...and look like a fucking stud.
Those lines are chalk and will wipe off. It was hand painted so they were used to line up
And you made 600k from that? Nice.
Not this. This costs about $300
I'm literally in tears @TheWampa
I don't know why I ikednyour post as I'm on the outside on the inside joke. Fuck that noise I'm accepting that work
Thanks man lets beer some time. I'll bring the ass pounder 4000
I still have your number, I'll hit you up next time I'm in Cola. J
those look like virginia tech's colors
Agreed but it's just the light/camera
So much want.
That's says we won 35 championships in a row.
Yeah, I noticed that. And hand painted? More like hand decaled.
Also nice coat hanger
It isn't my pic. My buddy has them made to sell. It's actually painted not decal. I have an Esso club sign from him. Guy that paints them is 80 something and has done it his entire life. He needs to work on the paw a bit. He mainly does old gas station and oil company signs.
What's going on with the bar hats @Adam?
I forgot about it to be honest. I'll check on this tomorrow when I get to my office, as that sounds like a productive Monday project
I'm doing a horrible job of keeping up with this. If someone else is willing to take over the hats, I'll send you the list of people who want one. They're easy to order I just know I'll do a bad job of collecting money and an even worse job of mailing them.
Post office has these for $.70/per. Grabbed 5 of each. They were supposed to have a matted version with both envelopes for $25, I think, but my PO didn't get those in, and probably won't.
And just got these back last week from frame shop at Michaels. Still not sure that the purple frame was a good choice, but they look aight, I guess. Haven't hung them up yet because have to repaint my office (or at least the wall they're going on). And feel free to mock the laminate. 3 kids and 2 dogs do it all the time.
I like the orange mat.
I wound up making my own frames for the State prints. Turned out ok, but I wish I had matted them.
What did Michael's charge for the frame job? I was thinking about doing my own and they wanted 25 bucks just for a white sheet of uncut matting. That's when I decided to get this instead. I've got an incredible 8x10 photo from after the game that I am going to use for the big space.
I know nothing about framing, so no idea if this is a good or terrible deal, but the wifey and several other people say Michael's is competitive or better than almost anywhere else. Apparently, they will routinely give you a deep discount, like 50% off, which is good, because I certainly wouldn't have been framing those $5 prints for a total cost of $750 or whatever the quoted price was. It ended up being $348 for the 3 of them with tax, and that was after taking $400 off from the no-discount price. That still seems stout to me, but again...I don't know shit about framing and matting, so I'm mostly in shut-up-and-take-my-money mode.
Bennett's on Laurens Rd did my frame project for about $250 IIRC. And it was a pretty complex job with multiple depths and different sized cuts.
Went to Hobby Lobby for mine and it was about $55. The trick is to find a pre-made frame and not a custom job. Then the guy cut the mat for me and put it all together. As you can see it's not perfectly centered like you would get with a custom job but it looks nice.
This is pretty cool
With that url I was expecting something more pork related.
You can buy those at Total Wine ... at least you could 2 weeks back.
