Thomas Davis has two rebuilt knees and looks fantastic still.
Terry Allen tore both ACLs before it was cool.
And then had 4 consecutive 1,000 yards seasons in the NFL.
Everyone knows if you have 2 ACLs, you don't have 1. Definitely expect him to get better now.
What sucks is tanking won't help much because they don't have a 1st rounder.
We should try to dump JJ Watt to get that one back.
They don't have a second rounder, either. They gave it to the Browns to take Osweiler off their hands.
Right now the Texans are going to suck which is sad because this is the first time I've ever payed attention to a specific NFL team outside of fantasy. But if his college career was any indication, and they've mirrored each other so far down to their stats through the first 6 or so games, Deshaun is going to come back next year to lead the Texans to a Super Bowl and they're going to win the one after that.
Tommy Johns surgery has pitchers coming back stronger than before. Haven’t ever heard the same for ACL’s.
This isn't true. You can get back to where you were, but you aren't coming back stronger.
There are instances of guys coming back from Tommy John surgery and throwing harder than they did pre-injury...but it has nothing to do with the surgery. They aggressively rehab and strengthen the arm muscles and when they return, the muscular condition of the arm is superior to when they went down with injury so they throw harder. There's no magic to it and the surgery does not enhance them in some way.
Yep, they simply created stronger arms in everything else than before. Which happens.
Uhhh, Rookie of the Year, ever seen it?
Guess they just let anyone get a M.D. these days.
Funky butt lovin that guy's a moron
Before I out myself, I have coached several athletes who have had ACL surgeries. One, the rehab they do usually has them muscles stronger (like Tommy John surgery references above.) Secondly, depending on where they take the replacement from, they can have a lot of hamstring tightness.
I am no orthopedist, although I believe my takes are brilliant at times, but I have yet to see an athlete return from surgery much better.
Surgery set for tomorrow
He's at the game today.
More importantly he prefers ps4 over Xbox.
Deshaun is officially dead to me and I guarantee it'll hurt his feeling and keep him up at night
PS4 is clearly Superior to Xbox. You clowns need to just realize that great loves great.
Using the patellar tendon is better.
