At this point I don't know what sounds good and what doesn't.
I'm preparing to be sad. Wish I hadn't gotten my hopes up, as I'd just assumed they were gone originally.
Don’t really blame them. Go cash in.
We are going to fuck them up next year
Findley just needs to rethink his decision and gtfo.
I can’t believe it’s even possible we somehow get all of the DL + Hyatt back and lose a bunch of guys whose absence might actually help us (minus Hearn) due to some really strange decisions by players. If we lose them we lose them, nothing new at this point.

Several men in a long dragon costume come onto the floor, "breathing" fire and chasing around some cheerleaders. From each corner of the floor a Power Ranger emerges, and working together they vanquish their foe. They come together in the center of the floor, strike the Power Rangers pose and, as the cheers of Littlejohn engulf them, they remove their masks to reveal their true identities. Big CWilk takes the mic and announces the Rangers will ride together one last time, in 2018.
I realize this would require Dex's participation, but it would still be pretty badass.
That’s almost as good as the fan fiction where Dabo’s son is a lawyer in Atlanta
Needs a "Jason, a successful Zord in California"
The lack of inside scoop on the 3 DL is amazing. Shows why its dumb to pay for a website
I don't like all these new people here. But, I am a grumpy old conservative that dislikes change. If bad shit happens I will blame all of you. Good night
Does anyone else think the Power Ranger motif is weird as fuck?
No, because I believe that they will announce their return with a 5 minute, $2 million short film and that Michael Bay has been on campus for the last week filming it with our social media department.
It's definitely a little gay, but they are all really good and represent the school well so I don't have a problem with it.
If this was Xavier Day, Marquan Jones, and Bryce McNeal doing it
Gay as AIDS, but those guys are great so I don't care.
Well yeah. It's the power rangers. They were low budget bullshit from the get go. I mean the show was always super cheesy with shit acting and effects.
Somehow it remained relevant to this younger generation that I don't really "get".
Know what? I couldn't give a fuck less. These dudes are good at football. If they like the power rangers, I don't give a fuck. If they like 80's re-runs of days of our lives, I don't give a fuck.
If they like to spend their spare time sucking each others dicks and finger blasting themselves in the b-hole while watching the golden girls, my only question is whether they'd like me to buy them the dvd box set.
That got out of hand quick
It is totally unique and original in college and professional athletics. How often can you say that? It also isn't a gang sign or a dumb turnover chain...
It is better than a trash can..
I'm sorry but this losing guys that hurt us talk is starting to irk me.
Deon Cain was a solid wide receiver.
Wasn't as good as Sammy or nuk or Williams but come the fuck on. 8 years ago we'd be calling him one of our top receivers of all time. We've gotten spoiled
How is Higgins gonna thrive if kb is still the quarterback? Same thing that held Cain back this year will hold him back
Maybe kb has a revelation in his passing game this offseason or maybe sunshine beats him out but I'll take a proven commodity high end player with a super skilled backup versus super potential starter with not as great a back up. Higgins might win more 50/50 balls but we're still basing projection off recruiting accolades.
Cain was the only receiver to do shit vs bama this year yet y'all say we're better off without him.
Long term I can buy, but short term wtf
Cain was kinda like a kelvin grant that actually panned out somewhat but never got to be a game changer due to guys ahead of him his first two years and then kb being qb this past one
I feel like I'm taking crazy pills over here.
Although the Power Rangers were after my time. It would have been much cooler if they did the original and GOAT Voltron...the series the Power Rangers copied really hard.
This explains so much.
Knew the second I posted it that would be the response lol
that voltron remake on netflix was delightful
had some solid nostalgia going on when i watched it
The deon Cain I saw was the one dropping passes and making no effort to try and catch difficult balls. I don’t know where this game changing version of him was.
When he was burning pretty much every DB on our schedule down the field on go routes.
Almost every deep ball he needed to hold up to catch. Lots of those 50/50 balls people are talking about were just poorly thrown deep balls. How is the WR supposed to develop chemistry with a QB when they are that inconsistent. People forget just how bad it was in the middle of the season.
We grinded out wins and ETN went crazy in 4th Q's to win games, which is fine and a different kind of effective offense, but it wasn't the WRs fault the passing game was so bad. It also doesn't create WRU.
I’ve opined that McCloud went stretches as Clemson’s most consistent receiver performer. It also bears noting that Cain gave the Tigers a deep threat they otherwise lacked, and his presence alone impacted how opposing defenses schemed Clemson. Teams had to account for Cain over the top.
So I’m reinforcing both were good players, important to the cause.
That said, so long as Clemson’s offense approach next season remains the same, I don’t know that they constitute substantial losses.
There are elements Cain needed to improve on his end to take another step – concentration and fight among them. But he also needed more consistent targeting, and I’m not sure this year’s passing game maximized his assets. McCloud got more action in the ACC championship (6 catches for 100 yards) than he did in the Tigers’ other final five games combined (9 catches for 49 yards).
When players who aren’t projected high draft picks leave early, it’s often viewed in the context of a questionable business decision by the player, and the school could have used his established production the next season.
But what is overlooked is that coaches want or need that consistent roster flow in order to make room for the next guys.
Artavis Scott was solid. But it took his departure for McCloud to grow into what he could be, and so forth.
Five-star recruits don’t sign on to be backlogged.
At the “2” position, it’s Amari Rodgers’ turn now to show why so much hype spawned last preseason. And Cornell Powell will have to turn his efforts up a notch with newcomer coming behind him.
At the “9,” it’s obvious the Tigers are high on Tee Higgins’ future. He’s got to get stronger and more assertive to begin maximizing that potential. But it takes reps to grow into that. Similarly, we’ve been high on Diondre Overton when he’s been given opportunities.
Clemson loses a pair of valuable starters. The replacements might take time to mature. But this is one position at which you pretty readily dismiss the thought of a drop-off. – PAUL STRELOW
Swear I would shit myself if this happens.
Holding you to this.
What time is the banquet?
